Creating connections in global health for UK emergency care practitioners

GECCo or Global Emergency Care Collaborative is a multi-disciplinary collaboration of professionals in emergency care with a shared interest in global health. During this workshop you will hear from Dr Jafar, a founding member of GECCo, and gain insight in to how and why GECCo was developed and the impact it has had since it began. We will delve in to the challenges in connecting to opportunities in access-/resource-/context-limited healthcare settings and provide a framework of how to deal with and overcome some of  these challenges.
