Addressing disparities and challenges in global medical education

This workshop will focus on the challenges faced while training in low resource settings.

Join us to hear from incredibly experienced faculty who have overcome barriers from conflict to the pandemic to share knowledge and develop the skills of medical teams to continue to deliver much needed medical care to their communities.

We will discuss how approaches to learning and teaching need to be adapted to each situation and how innovation is key in developing distance learning programmes and simulation.
