Kit Chalmers

Dr Kit Chalmers is Head of Policy and Learning at THET and a former doctor in Intensive Care Medicine and Anaesthesia. She trained predominantly in the West of Scotland before taking up a Consultant post in Wales. Here led her hospital’s international health partnership, the Glan Clwyd-Ethiopia Link, and joined the wider activities of international development in Wales and beyond. Having left clinical medicine, she joined THET in January 2021 and took up her current role in September of that year. She is a dog-lover and Welsh learner.
