Noel is the past President of GASOC (2020). He is a general surgical trainee in Yorkshire and currently doing his PhD at the NIHR Global Health Research Group - Surgical Technologies, University of Leeds. Noel is part of an inter-disciplinary group evaluating surgical technologies in low resource settings. Within GASOC, he wants to promote global surgery advocacy through SAO trainee collaboration and growth in leadership.
