Kat is a Paediatric Surgery registrar, training in London, UK. She completed her medical training at The University of Birmingham, followed by an academic foundation program in the West Midlands before moving to London to pursue surgical training. She is currently working at Great Ormond Street Hospital and conducting research into congenital colorectal disease. Her academic interests are public health and global surgery and she has led several international research collaborations in low resource settings.
