As a more globally focused medical culture begins to take hold of the UK medical workforce, more and more trainees are looking for an outlet to channel their efforts in contributing, sharing and obtaining knowledge, skills and experience with the rest of the world.


The aim of our blog is discuss some hot topics, trends, and general aspects with regards to global surgical, anaesthetic and obstetric issues and hopefully give our members something to think about.

We want our members to engage with our content and so if you have something to say, please feel free to leave a comment! In order to do so, you will need to sign up as a full member of our site. However we would ask you to abide by some simple rules -
