I am a dedicated general surgeon with experience working in conflict zones in Syria. In 2016, I worked in eastern Aleppo under siege with very limited resources and extreme circumstances. Notably, I collaborated with renowned war surgeon David Nott in London on a groundbreaking Skype-assisted operation. Our hospital, where I worked, was targeted many times with different weapons including cluster bombs, bunker buster bombs and even chlorine gas. I now live in the UK and will soon start working at Heath Hospital in Cardiff.
